Marc D. Miller
President and CEO at Universal Health Services, Inc.

Marc D. Miller is President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Universal Health Services, Inc. (NYSE: UHS). Mr. Miller was named CEO in January 2021; he has served as President since 2009.
He is a member of the UHS Board of Directors, serving on the Executive Committee and the Finance Committee. Mr. Miller began his career at UHS in 1995 and over the years has held various positions of increasing responsibility at hospitals and at the Corporate office.
Prior to assuming executive leadership roles at the Company’s Corporate Headquarters in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, Mr. Miller served in various operating roles at several UHS Acute Care Hospitals.
Among Mr. Miller’s regional and divisional management roles, he served as Group Director responsible for the Company’s Acute Care operations in Pennsylvania, South Carolina and Florida; Eastern Region Vice President of the Acute Care Division; Senior Vice President and Co-head of the UHS Acute Care Division; and President of the Acute Care Division.
Mr. Miller is also a member of the Board of Directors of Universal Health Realty Income Trust (NYSE: UHT), a real estate investment trust that has investments in 76 properties located in 21 states. In 2021, Mr. Miller was selected to serve on the Board of Directors of the Federation of American Hospitals (FAH). In 2024, he currently serves as Chair-Elect, in advance of serving as Chair of FAH in 2025.
Additionally, he has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Premier since 2015. In 2022, Mr. Miller was named to the Modern Healthcare Most Influential annual ranking at #49. He was recognized for his visionary leadership, and most importantly, for upholding our patient-centered focus every day. He is frequently featured as a thought leader and provides industry perspective for
national publications.

Anjali Kataria
Chief Executive Officer at Mytonomy

Anjali Kataria is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with over two decades of experience in healthcare and enterprise software. She is the CEO and Co-Founder of Mytonomy, a fast-growing enterprise software company transforming patient engagement. Under her leadership, Mytonomy has been recognized on the Inc. 5000 list and has won 60+ awards for its innovative healthcare content and film production studio.

Previously, Anjali led a venture-backed company acquired by Oracle, where she served as VP of Product Strategy. She also worked in the Obama Administration as an Entrepreneur in Residence at the FDA and Senior Technology Advisor at the White House, driving initiatives like the Tricorder Competition and key ACA implementations.

Anjali holds an AB from Duke University and an MPP from Harvard Kennedy School. She serves on the Economic Advisory Panel for Montgomery County, Maryland, and has received numerous honors, including Top 40 Under 40 in DC and the FDA Commissioner’s Award for Innovation.

She enjoys spending time with family, hiking, and screenwriting.
