About

Please email any questions about this program to kate@osherpartners.org.

Osher is committed to helping our members access the best mentors and peers in their field. We know that the role of Founder/CEO for a company, especially at the early stages, can be lonely. We can connect you with a group of Founders and CEOs with companies at similar stages, as well as those who have successfully reached the next stage, to crowdsource your questions, find support, and form meaningful connections.

Join us for an intimate In-Person Roundtable with a highly-curated group of Series A & Series B Founders/CEO's in Manhattan. This session will be an opportunity to connect with a select, intimate group of young rising leaders in our network as we convene on May 28th from 6:00pm-7:30pm.

This will be a casual and interactive discussion focused on growth strategies, leadership through change, areas of opportunity, and company management.

Come ready with questions, ideas, and your current needs - you might be surprised by what the group has to offer.

Speaker
Jory Schwach
Founder & CEO at Andium

For more than a decade Jory Schwach has focused on applying cutting‑edge technology to real‑world industrial challenges. As founder and CEO of Andium, he leads the development of a modern Industrial IoT platform that serves as an end‑to‑end operating system for field operations. Andium’s cloud‑connected devices stream high‑fidelity video, sensor, and control data from remote assets—tanks, flares, well pads, haul trucks, and more—giving operators a single source of truth for safety, environmental compliance, and efficiency.

Instead of piecemeal point solutions, Andium unifies AI‑powered machine vision, edge computing, and wireless backhaul into one turnkey stack. The result: faster leak and spill detection, automated safety‑system verification, dynamic production optimization, and on‑demand regulatory reporting—all delivered at a fraction of the cost and complexity of traditional monitoring programs. Backed by more than $40 million from Aramco Ventures, Climate Investment, Intrepid Financial Partners, and industry leaders such as former Citadel CIO Thomas Miglis, Andium was ranked No. 200 on the 2020 Inc. 5000 fastest‑growing companies list.

Before Andium, Jory founded GlobalRim, a solar‑powered GPS tracking company, and MeshMe, a distributed‑communications mobile app. He is a published researcher in applied machine vision and networking optimization, and a frequent speaker at global forums—including ADIPEC—on the future of industrial automation and IIoT.

Jory holds a B.S. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Binghamton University and an M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
